How to redeem your credit
Follow the 4 simple steps below to redeem your credit. Need some more help? Contact Our Customer Service Team
Step 1
Go to My Rewards and click ‘Redeem now’ on the accessory coupon. You will need 175+ credits to be able to turn your credits into a coupon. Not got enough yet? Start Earning Credits.
Step 2
Type in the amount of credits you’d like to use into our calculator. 175 credits = £175 coupon. Once you’re happy with your amount click “Redeem”.
Step 3
Your new coupon will appear under the Coupons tab with the amount you selected. You can copy the code here or simply add it at checkout.
Step 4
Once you’ve selected your coupon, you’ll need to either paste the code into the basket section or select it from the coupon option that appears in your basket.

How do I earn loyalty credits?
You earn credits for simple actions like signing up, following us on social media, or referring a business. You’ll see all available credit-earning tasks inside your loyalty dashboard.
How does the referral reward work?
Share your unique referral link with another business. It’s simple and easy. Once their order gets connected, you’ll receive £150 referral credits to spend on free products or savings on your next contract.
What counts as a “qualifying business”?
The business must be UK-based and either:

Registered with Companies House, or
-
Actively trading with a valid business website, phone number, or VAT registration.
How do I refer someone?
Simply copy your unique referral link from your dashboard and share it via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or wherever you like.
Your friend can then use the link to shop on our online shop.
How soon will I get my referral credits?
Referral credits are awarded after the business you referred has completed their order. We will send the credits once the cancellation period has passed.
Can I refer myself or someone in my company?
A new referral must be a brand new account with BusinessMobiles.com. If you own another company and want to refer yourself, that is allowed.
What can I spend my credits on?
Credits can be redeemed for discount coupons to use on accessories from our online shop. A minimum of 175 credits is required to redeem. The good news? Just one successful business referral gets you most of the way there!
How do I redeem my credits?
Visit your loyalty dashboard and click “Redeem Now.” Choose how many credits to convert, and you’ll get a coupon code to use at checkout.
Do my credits expire?
Your credits will remain active for 36 months from the date you earn them. We’ll send reminders before they expire.
Can I see how many credits I’ve earned?
Yes – your loyalty dashboard shows your available credits, redeemed credits, and activity history.
Can I refer more than one business?
Absolutely! The more you refer, the more you earn. There’s no limit on how many qualifying businesses you can refer.
