Can I share my credit across my business?

Yes. Credit can be used across your business and shared between accounts. When you’re ready to do that, just speak to your account manager and they’ll sort it for you.

What happens to my Upgrade on demand credit if I cancel a contract?

If a line is cancelled early, any credit linked to that line may be reduced or removed. Credit you’ve already spent won’t be affected.

How long does it take for credit to appear in my account?

Credit is usually added within 14 days once your connection is live and confirmed.

Is there a minimum requirement to join?

Now for the legal bits

1. What is the upgrade club?

The Upgrade Club is our loyalty programme. You earn Upgrade Credit when you work with us and can use that credit towards phones, tablets, laptops and accessories.

It’s designed to give you flexibility and reward loyalty.

2. How do I earn upgrade credit?

You can earn credit in a few simple ways:

  • Referring another business to us
  • Renewing your contracts
  • Adding additional lines
  • Buying accessories


Referrals typically generate the most credit.

3. Referral rewards (main way to earn credit)

When you refer a business to us and they connect, you earn:



  • 1-4 lines: £100 per line

  • 5-9 lines: £75 per line

  • 10+ lines: £50 per line



Maximum: £1000 per referred account.



Credit is only paid on active, live connections after a short validation period.

4. Renewals

When you renew your line rental contract, you earn:

  • £50 per handset renewed

  • £30 for each additional line
  • £10 for eligible accessories

6. When do I receive my credit?

Credit is added after a short validation period (usually 14 days) once everything is live and confirmed.

7. What can I spend my credit on?

You can use your credit on:

  • Mobile phones

  • Tablets
  • Laptops

  • Accessories



You can pay fully with credit or part-pay with credit and cash.

Credit cannot be used for airtime, line rental or services.

8. Does my credit expire?

No. Your credit does not expire, so you can build it up and use it when it suits you.

9. Can I share my credit?

Yes. Credit can be used across your business and may be shared where appropriate.

10. What happens if something is cancelled?

If a connection is cancelled early or does not complete, any related credit may be removed or adjusted.

11. Fair Use

The programme is designed for genuine business use. We may adjust or decline credit where activity does not meet normal commercial expectations.

12. Changes to the Programme

We may update the programme from time to time to keep it fair and sustainable. If we do, we will communicate any important changes.
