How do I earn loyalty credits?
You earn credits for simple actions like signing up, following us on social media, or referring a business. You’ll see all available credit-earning tasks inside your loyalty dashboard.
How does the referral reward work?
Share your unique referral link with another business. It’s simple and easy. Your friend can then use the link to shop online on our website. Once their order gets connected, you’ll receive your referral credits (worth £100) and your friend will receive £50 worth of credits.
What counts as a “qualifying business”?
The business must be UK-based and either:

Registered with Companies House, or
-
Actively trading with a valid business website, phone number, or VAT registration.
How do I refer someone?
Simply copy your unique referral link from your dashboard and share it via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or wherever you like.
Your friend can then use the link to shop on our online shop.
How soon will I get my referral credits?
Referral credits are awarded after the business you referred has completed their order. We will send the credits once the cancellation period has passed.
Can I refer myself or someone in my company?
A new referral must be a brand new account with BusinessMobiles.com. If you own another company and want to refer yourself, that is allowed.
What can I spend my credits on?
Credits can be redeemed for discount coupons to use on accessories from our online shop.
How do I redeem my credits?
Visit your loyalty dashboard and click “Redeem Now.” Choose how many credits to convert, and you’ll get a coupon code to use at checkout.
Do my credits expire?
Your credits will remain active for 12 months from the date you earn them. We’ll send reminders before they expire.
Can I see how many credits I’ve earned?
Yes – your loyalty dashboard shows your available credits, redeemed credits, and activity history.
Can I refer more than one business?
Absolutely! The more you refer, the more you earn. There’s no limit on how many qualifying businesses you can refer.

1. Eligibility to Participate
1.1 The Referral Program is open to existing BusinessMobiles.com customers with an active account.
1.2 Participants must hold a BusinessMobiles.com loyalty account in order to receive and redeem referral credits.
2. Eligibility of the Referred Business
2.1 The referred business must be a new customer that has not held an active or approved account with BusinessMobiles.com within the last 24 months.
2.2 Any business that has previously submitted an application, enquiry or order within the last 12 months is not eligible as a referral. This includes failed credit applications, declined orders, abandoned orders or partially completed applications.
2.3 BusinessMobiles.com reserves the right to decline referrals for businesses that are already known to our system.
3. Self Referral and Connected Companies
3.1 Directors, shareholders or employees of the referring business cannot refer a business where they also hold directorship, ownership or employment unless the referred business completes a qualifying order and passes the standard credit checks without exception.
3.2 Any referral where the referrer and referred party are connected companies, linked individuals or part of the same corporate group may be subject to manual review.
3.3 BusinessMobiles.com has full discretion to approve or deny points where a conflict of interest or misuse is suspected
4. Qualifying Order Requirements
4.1 Referral points are awarded only when the referred business:
a. passes all credit checks,
b. completes at least one new connection with BusinessMobiles.com,
c. has its contract activated, and
d. completes any applicable cooling off period.
4.2 Contract renewals, upgrades, migrations, reactivations or changes to existing accounts do not qualify for referral credits.
4.3 Orders that are cancelled, returned, rejected or reversed do not qualify for referral.
5. Awarding of Credits
5.1 Credits are awarded only after the successful completion of a qualifying order as described in section 4.
5.2 A BusinessMobiles.com loyalty account is required to receive and redeem credits.
5.3 Credits have no cash value. Points can only be used within the BusinessMobiles.com loyalty rewards shop.
5.4 Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.
6. Prevention of Abuse
6.1 BusinessMobiles.com reserves the right to withhold or withdraw referral credits if misuse, manipulation or any attempt to artificially trigger rewards is identified.
6.2 Misuse may include, but is not limited to, self referrals, circular referrals within the same ownership group, duplicate submissions, or intentionally failing credit checks to resubmit under a referral.
6.3 Decisions regarding suspected misuse are final.
7. Limits and Fair Use
7.1 BusinessMobiles.com may limit the number of referrals eligible per customer in order to maintain fairness and service quality.
7.2 BusinessMobiles.com reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the spirit or intention of the Referral Program.
8. Changes to the Program
8.1 BusinessMobiles.com reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any changes will not affect referrals already approved and validated under the previous terms.
9. General
9.1 By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have the consent of the referred business to share their details with BusinessMobiles.com.
9.2 BusinessMobiles.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete referral information.
9.3 The Referral Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional incentives unless explicitly stated.
