The Legal Bits
(1) Price increase:
– EE small business: a) Handsets: The monthly price shown will increase on 31 March each year by £3 (ex VAT) for each plan you take and all out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. The cost of the other services you have with EE may increase or decrease while you are an EE Business customer. b) SIM-Only, Laptop, Tablet, Router: The monthly price shown will increase on 31 March each year by £1.50 (ex VAT) for each plan you take and all out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. The cost of the other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE Business customer.
– EE Corporate: Your monthly plan will increase each year on 31 March by 6% (ex VAT)

(2) Calls, texts and data when in the UK and Republic of Ireland are included within your allowance. You can use your minutes & texts when in the UK and Republic of Ireland to call and text customers of UK mobile networks and UK landlines starting with 01, 02 & 03 (mobile and landline numbers to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man not included). You cannot use your inclusive minutes and texts to call and text customers of mobile networks and landlines in the EU/EEA/Switzerland when in the UK or Republic of Ireland. Allowances do not include premium rate numbers anywhere in the EU and will be charged at your normal plan rate.
(3) Extended warranty: After your manufacturer warranty ends, EE offers extended cover for eligible plans with up-to-date accounts. It covers electrical or mechanical faults from normal use on the original device. EE will replace it with a new or refurbished device. (Check eligible devices).
(4) EE Stay Connected: If you reach your monthly full speed data allowance on one of our Business Essential, Business All Rounder, Business Connected Devices Essential or Business Connected Devices All Rounder plans, you will continue to be able to use data for the remainder of that month, but your speed will be restricted to 0.5Mb per second. To continue to use data at full uncapped speed, you can purchase one of our data passes which will restore your full speed service for the duration of the pass, or until the end of your billing cycle when your monthly full speed data allowance renews – whichever comes first. (5) Upgrade 6 months early: Upgrade to the latest tech sooner: Fancy the newest phone? With this benefit (subject to eligibility criteria), you may be able to upgrade your device to a newer model six months earlier than your standard contract allows. Stay ahead of the curve and enjoy the latest technology without waiting.
(6) Inclusive Extras:
Business All Rounder plans give you access to a range of swappable Inclusive Extras. Choose your Inclusive Extra by texting PICK to 150 or on My EE. Once you’ve chosen your Inclusive Extra from the list below, you can swap it every 30 days.
We may change the range of Inclusive Extras, their content, or the minimum time each must be active. We’ll try to notify active users, but we’re not obliged to. Activation may take up to 24 hours. Third-party subscriptions may be required. See the EE Price Guide for Small Business for full terms.

(1) Price increase:
Before 25th March 2021, your Rental Charges will increase by the RPI Rate of Inflation* announced every February. You will see the increase on your April bill onwards. Between 25th March 2021 and 08 January 2025, your Rental Charges will increase annually by the RPI Rate of Inflation* announced every February, plus 3.9%. You will see this increase on your April bill onwards. If the RPI Rate of Inflation is equal to or less than zero your Rental Charges will increase by 3.9% only. On or after 9th January 2025, your Rental Charges will increase annually by £1.50 (excl. VAT) every April bill. *RPI rate for 2025 was published on 19 February 2025 and was 3.6%. EU Roaming: Customers on Unlimited Data tariffs will be charged if their usage exceeds 35GB in our Europe Zone. For more details see your Terms and Fair Usage Policy.
(2) Unlimited Calls and Texts: The minutes and texts included in your tariff can be used in the UK and when roaming in our Europe Zone. Inclusive minutes can be used for calls to standard landlines and mobiles, but not special numbers (see below for more details). Picture messages will cost you an extra 83p per message. Voice calls: Applies to calls made in in the UK and when roaming in our Europe Zone to standard landlines and mobiles. Minute minimum charges apply. Text message: Tariffs include unlimited texts. Text messages are charged at 40p per message thereafter. Note: iPad does not support SMS functionality. Voicemail: Calls to your voicemail are included in your bundled minutes, then 20p per minute thereafter. Except on the unlimited minute tariffs when voicemail is free.
(3) Personal Hotspot With Personal Hotspot, you can use existing data allowance to connect other devices to your phone and get online. Pretty handy when there’s no Wi-Fi.
(4) O2 Wifi: O2 Wifi is completely free to use. You can get it in thousands of venues nationwide and you don’t even have to be on O2 to use it, so it’s perfect for visitors, contractors and temporary staff.
(5) Data rollover: On selected Tariffs, unused data from one monthly billing cycle will automatically rollover into the next monthly billing cycle. You can only rollover up to 100% of your standard monthly data allowance (“Data Rollover”) into the following month, subject to the amount of Data Rollover combined with your standard monthly allowance not exceeding 200% of your standard monthly data allowance at any one time. Any data that cannot be rolled over will expire. Your rolled over data will be decremented before your core data allowance for that billing cycle. Data Rollover is included on selected tariffs with a base data allowance of 6GB of data or more only, excluding any special or promotional tariffs. For example: 2GB tariffs with triple data offers and 3GB tariffs with double data offers are not eligible for data rollover. When you decide to change your Tariff such as upgrade, request more or less data allowances, any unused data will not rollover to the new tariff. For avoidance of doubt, Data Rollover is not available on any Individual Data Bolt On’s, Best for Business tariffs, Mobex, Unlimited and any Business Shared and/or Texts tariffs with an individual data allowance.

(2) Unlimited Calls, Texts and Picture Messages: Each Voice Connection on the Business Evolve price plan had unlimited calls to UK mobiles and UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) and standard UK text messages made or sent (as applicable) from and to the UK.
Send and receive picture messages within the UK and whilst roaming in Europe Zone 1 once Daily Fee is paid. Applicable on 12, 24 and 36 month.
(3) Personal hotspot: With Personal Hotspot, you can use existing data allowance to connect other devices to your phone and get online. Pretty handy when there’s no Wi-Fi.
(4) Data+: Data + allows your connection(s) to keep connected and online at a reduced speed of up to 2Mbps once they have used their full-speed monthly in-bundle allowance. Customers have the option to get up to full speed by opting into a UK internet data bundle. Data + is available within the UK, and whilst roaming in Europe Zone 1, Zone 2 and Business Traveller destinations (25GB Roaming Fair Usage Policy applies).
(5) 5G Ultra: 5G Ultra is Vodafone’s next level 5G experience.
