The Nokia E61i is a very slick and impressive 3G smart phone which is ideal for any business user who is always on the move.
Packed with features the handset only weighs 150 grams & is 117mm x 70mm x 13.9mm in size.
The handset is tapered at one end (which we liked as it makes the E61i easier to hold) and the E61i comes in a slim & easy to handle casing which provides you with all your communication & entertainment needs.
Out of the box this phone has a solid feature set.... fantastic web browser (the interface of which we felt, feels the most desktop-like we’ve ever experienced on a mobile phone)... plus some very nice tools like a world clock with an alarm, Quick Office to Open Office docs, Acrobat Reader, Zip...
The Nokia E61i even has a video camera, of which the quality is pretty good. It's not going to replace a dedicated digital camera any time soon - but it is great for capturing shots or a reminder to do something later! You’ll be able to share your photographs & video with others or simply save them on your extendable memory.

This is a 3G smartphone and so it comes with S60 software on Symbian operating system. Plus it also has the Nokia Team Suite applications which can be used for call sessions with contacts.
Out of the box the E61i has 60 Mbytes of internal memory & with a MicroSD™ memory slot you can expand the phones memory even further by using a 2 Gbyte MicroSD™ memory card.
You can enjoy worldwide network coverage that’s to the Nokia E61i’s Quad Band (depending on the service operator). The E61i is also a 3G WCDMA capable smart phone which provides the user with a fast multitasking handset to suit all business users needs.
3G WCDMA can automatically roam in 220 countries, as they support all three WCDMA bands (850, 1900 and 2100 MHz) as well as conventional GSM bands. With other handsets it is impossible to roam across regions that use different frequencies, as mobile phones typically only support one or two bands.
