1. Am I eligible?

To be eligible for this promotion you need to be an authorised signatory of a limited
company, government body, charity or a sole trader registered within the UK.

2. How do I make an order?

Fill in the online order form at www.businessmobiles.com on the latest mobile
broadband offer page.

3. Why do I need to make my order over the internet?

Due to high volume of interest, ordering online is the fastest way to get your mobile
broadband reserved.

4. Does it have to go under a business name?

This is a Business Only Promotion and must be applied for under your UK
registered business, government body or charity name. The only exceptions are
partnerships and sole traders registered in the UK who simply fill in the Sole-Traders
order form.

5. Am I allowed more than one?

Yes, you can order as many Mobile Broadband packages as you like.

6. What is the contract length?

It is a 24 month contract which means you will secure the lowest mobile broadband
available for 24 months.

7. Which network is the USB Mobile Broadband connected on?

This particular package is available on the O2 network.

8. Is this available on other networks?

We provide Mobile Broadband on all 4 major networks, but O2 is currently the only
network available on this promotion.

9. What happens now that I have filled in the order form correctly?

One of our team will contact you within 48 hours with paperwork for you to sign.

10. How long will it be before I get my new USB Modem?

Once all the correct paperwork has been received, then you can expect delivery of
your new Mobile Broadband within 4 working days.

11. Why does it take 4 working days?

We allow 2 working days for the O2 network to review your application. Once you
have successfully been connected to the network we then ship your Mobile
Broadband Package by special delivery, which can take up to 2 working days to
arrive.

12. How can I find out where my order is?

To check on your order please email onlineorders@businessmobiles.com and
please list the company name that you are enquiring about.

13. Are there any other costs involved?

All prices exclude VAT.

14. Is there anything to pay upfront?

There is nothing to pay upfront and you will also receive free delivery to your door.

15. Is there a credit check?

O2 will perform a credit check as part of their connection process.

16. Why is there a credit check?

O2 have made it a mandatory part of all O2 network connections.

17. Why do I have to give my company details?

This offer is only available to UK businesses. Your company details must be
checked to ensure you are eligible.

18. Why do I have to give my bank details?

Bank details are necessary to set up direct debit with your company bank account,
so that all your monthly payments are automatic and you will not have to worry
about paper invoices.

19. What happens if I go over 3GB?

You will be charged the out of bundle rate of 1.25p per MB

20. Can I use it anywhere in the UK?

You can use your mobile broadband anywhere you get O2 coverage, as well as any
of the 6,100 hotspot locations supported by the O2 networks Wifi service “The Cloud”.
